Question 1

Where can I find my tickets after purchase?

Accepted Answer

After purchasing your tickets, you will receive an email from "Vivenu" containing your tickets. From there, you can either download the tickets to your Apple/Google wallet or download a PDF of the ticket, which you can print out ahead of time. You can also find your tickets by 1) logging into your account at the top right of the screen, 2) clicking on "Tickets", and then 3) selecting the batch of tickets that appear on your screen. From here, you can download your tickets in your preferred format. If you still can not find your tickets, please feel free to reach out to the Ticket Office at fordhamtickets@fordham.edu or by calling (718) 817-4759, and someone in our office would be more than happy to assist you.

Question 2

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Accepted Answer

All tickets may be transferred digitally to another account. To do so: 1) Make sure you are logged into your account at the top right of the screen. 2) Click on "Tickets" and select the tickets that you would like to transfer. 3) Click the "Transfer" button on the ticket, and when prompted, input the name and email address of the person receiving the ticket. Once you finalize the transfer, the tickets will disappear from your account, and the person receiving will get an email from "Vivenu" with the tickets inside.

Question 3

Are accessible seating options available?

Accepted Answer

Accessible seating is available for purchase. Please reach out to fordhamtickets@fordham.edu indicating your need for accessible seating and the size of your accompanying party. A member of our team will be able to run through all available options and assist you with your order.

Question 4

Can I resell my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Tickets may be resold at the purchaser's discretion. At this time, Fordham does not offer a native resale option, but tickets may be listed on any platform the purchaser chooses. Fordham does not assist in the resale of purchased tickets.

Question 5

I purchased tickets on the secondary market and have not received them.

Accepted Answer

Fordham can only provide support for tickets purchased directly through our site. If you purchased tickets from a secondary site (Stubhub, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, etc...) and have not received the tickets, you must reach out to that company's support desk for help to retrieve the tickets. Fordham will not be able to view, identify, or initiate the transfer of any resold tickets.

Question 6

Are tickets available at the door?

Accepted Answer

While we suggest purchasing in advance to avoid any delays at the door, tickets will also be available at the ticket booth starting an hour and a half before the game.

Question 7

When should I arrive?

Accepted Answer

Doors open one (1) hour prior to game time, with the ticket booth opening for sales and support one and a half (1.5) hours prior to game time. For Football Game Days: The Tailgating Lot will open three (3) hours prior to game time. The Parking Garage will be open beginning 8:00 AM on game days. PLEASE NOTE: Entry to campus via car has a high risk of backing up the closer to the game time. Additionally, physical entry to the venue may back-up the closer it gets to the start of the game. Question 8

Someone placed me on a guest list. Where can I find my tickets?

Accepted Answer

If you were placed on a guest list, whether as the guest of a player, coach, staff member, or visiting team, you should have received your ticket in your email from Vivenu. Please check your inbox, including your spam or promotions folder, to find your tickets. If you are still having trouble finding your tickets by the time that you get to the game, please feel free to stop by the designated will-call/support area where one of our representatives can assist in locating your ticket. Please note that stopping by the support table may result in delays in entering the venue. If you need to stop by, please plan accordingly so you do not miss the start of the game.

Question 9

I am at the game but still can't access my tickets.

Accepted Answer

If you arrive at the game and are still having difficulties accessing your tickets, please feel free to stop by the designated ticketing will-call and support area and one of our office representatives will assist you with locating your tickets.

Question 10

What is the bag policy?

Accepted Answer

You can bring a bag into the Venue if it is small enough to fit under or within your seat. Oversized bags may be denied entry unless you have purchased a separate seat for the bag where permitted. Fordham reserves the right to restrict or prohibit bags at games for any reason, including, but not limited to, security or space constraints.

Question 11

Can I leave and re-enter the venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Please see a designated ticket scanner on your way out to scan out if you plan on re-entering during the duration of the game. Individuals who leave the venue during half-time will be able to re-enter to their designated seating location without issue.

Question 12

Can I Bring Outside Food and Drink Into The Venue?

Accepted Answer
